The ATC-600A is a portable ramp test set designed to simulate the ground station or airborne environment needed to test Modes A and C transponders. The ATC-600A meets latest ARINC specifications and FAA regulations concerning transponder receiver sensitivity, SLS, transmitter power, frequency, percent reply, pilot's code and encoded altitude tests.
For DME testing, the ATC-600A includes accurate range and velocity simulation, power and frequency and PRF measurements.
